Remote monitoring and assistance with J-Connect
Jekko mini cranes have access to internet and they do so with the aim of simplifying, improving and optimising the work carried out by operators. Thanks to J-Connect, the software developed by Jekko, the cranes are equipped with an intelligent system to improve remote assistance operations and to have an overall view of the crane thanks to the telemetry system.
In this way, the distances between the manufacturer, dealers and end users are effectively reduced. With J-Connect, Jekko provides better product support with rapid and efficient solutions: each of the parties involved can receive information in real time regarding the status of the crane, for the remote management of its performance.

Who Uses J-Connect
- Operator The operator can only access data regarding his own crane. (Operator A cannot see Operator B’s crane and vice versa)
- Dealer The dealer can access all data regarding cranes in his own fleet, including those of his operators. (Dealer 1 cannot see Dealer 2’s cranes and vice versa)
- Jekko Jekko can access all data regarding all cranes, including both dealers’ and operators’ data.
Where do You install J-Connect?
J-Connect is a universally-compatible system available for every Jekko crane model equipped with CAN line. It contains a SIM card that works worldwide.
Every J-Connect system can be uniquely identified by means of a serial number located on the back of its casing.
