As a legacy from its parent company Ormet, Jekko is devoted to all-round assistance and for this purpose the sales network has been sided by an ever-growing technical staff dedicated to develop the skills of the operators, sellers and technicians of our dealers. Training courses are always under way for all of them at our headquarters. Our staff makes use of computer systems and spare part manuals ensuring availability and supply of spares as quick as possible. This same system is used at our dealers’. We target the processing and fulfilment of the request on the same day of receipt and delivery in 2-day time.
