When limited floor load capacity, low ceilings and structural obstacles make larger cranes impractical, compact lifting solutions make the difference.

During the construction of a new multi-storey automotive components factory, Dzwigniemyto Lewandowski deployed three Jekko mini cranes, including SPX532 and SPX532.2 models, operating simultaneously to install both structural steel elements and production equipment.

Working on the upper floors presented significant challenges due to limited floor load capacity, low ceilings and restricted operating space. Numerous horizontal and vertical steel structures at different heights created additional obstacles, requiring the cranes to carefully manoeuvre their booms and loads through narrow gaps.

Thanks to their compact dimensions, all three cranes could operate simultaneously in confined areas without interfering with each other.

Their long reach also proved essential for positioning production equipment in areas far from the cranes’ operating positions, where direct access was impossible due to existing machinery or other ongoing construction activities.

This application demonstrates how compact dimensions, long reach and precise load handling make Jekko mini cranes an effective solution for complex industrial installations, even in the most challenging working environments.
