Jekko is proud to launch in the market JF1050, the newer and bigger Articulated Crawler Crane in its product portfolio. The new model in the Jekko range of knuckle boom crawler cranes comes with an impressive 22 ton max lifting capacity and a maximum tip height of 34,5 m, together with major upgrades further increasing performances and usability.

The innovative X-Design decagonal section of the boom and telescopic extensions from Fassi increases overall load performance, particularly in vertical configurations. By optimizing the distribution of stress within the boom structure, this innovative decagonal design enables improved load charts under all operating conditions while maintaining minimal crane weight.
JF1050 comes with three boom articulations to offer maximum versatility, allowing it to reach any spot, pass over obstacles, or operate at negative angles. It is designed for lifting operations in tight and crowded spaces, such as industrial maintenance activities including machinery replacement, plant installation, data center construction and servicing, material handling in the food industry, and warehouse operations.
The crane is powered by Bi-Energy Diesel engine + Electric Powerpack – Combining a low-emission diesel engine with an integrated electric motor providing full autonomy outdoors and clean emission-free operation indoors. Operators can seamlessly switch between power sources, ensuring maximum productivity in any context.

The new Variable Speed Engine Management ensures accurate engine control for better movements control and reduced consumption. The crane movements are faster, more precise and smoother. Overall engine efficiency is improved with lower fuel consumption; in addition, the Operator can choose from three working modes – Eco / Normal / Power – that differently combine power output and consumption. All engine operative info, as rpm, fuel level and residual autonomy are fully available on the crane main display.
All this information, as well as all crane-related information, is shown on the new 7” touch screen display. This new control panel, rated IP66 waterproof, features an intuitive interface and an extended set of functions, including live stability area visualization and an onboard crane assistant.

The self-removable counterweight reduces the overall crane weight, simplifying transport and enabling operation with lower ground pressure on lightweight surfaces.
Flexibility in configuration is another key benefit of JF1050. The crane can perform a wide range of activities thanks to its multiple configurations: hook or winch lifting, hydraulic jib, operation with independent hydraulic tools such as grapple saws or beam grabbers, or working at height with a man basket.
